2. Use the External Packaging:

Place the re-packed artwork back into the external packaging provided.

3. Return Shipping

Our team will guide you through the return process. We will provide instructions and any necessary return shipping labels to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.

4. Return Confirmation

Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any damage incurred during the return transit due to inadequate packaging may affect your refund.
