4. Shipping and Delivery 

We are pleased to offer international shipping for our artworks. For specific details on international shipping, please contact us via email or phone. Our general shipping policies are as follows:

1. • Delivery within the UK can take up to 30 days, but we strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Once the order is ready for dispatch, we will be in touch to arrange suitable dates with the buyer. Purchasers can track their orders on the CAW website.
   • Upon receipt, purchasers are requested to check their items. If there are any issues or damages, please contact us within 7 days to address the problem.
   • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all details and parts of the order on receipt.
   • While we carefully inspect each artwork before dispatch, rare instances of damage during transit can occur. If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us, and we will gladly assist in arranging a return. Kindly re-wrap the piece using as much of the original packaging where possible, place it in the external packaging, and return it to us. We’re here to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

1. • If you are not satisfied with your order, notify us within 7 days of receipt. After this period, the gallery reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.

6. Subscription Discount

1. • £25 off for subscription: Sign up for our newsletter, and you’ll receive a unique voucher code through your welcome email.
   • This discount applies to purchases of £499 or more and cannot be combined with other offers. Limited to one discount per customer per transaction. CAW Gallery reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.

All artworks are protected by copyright laws, safeguarding the rights of the artists and preventing unauthorized reproduction or distribution. By purchasing from us, you agree to respect these legal protections and the creative rights of the artists. Any infringement of these rights may result in legal action. Additionally, we encourage buyers to appreciate and display their artworks in a manner that honours the artist’s original vision and effort.

Additionally, we have made the submission process even more convenient by allowing artists to submit their work directly through our website. Simply visit the submit your artwork section on our site, where you can upload images of your artwork, provide a brief biography, and include any relevant exhibition history or accolades.
