International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping for all our artworks. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we recommend reaching out to us directly for specific details related to international shipments. This can be done either through email or by phone, where we can provide you with customized shipping information based on your location, artwork size, and other relevant factors. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or to discuss your shipping preferences.

Delivery within the UK

For our UK-based customers, deliveries can take up to four weeks. Once your order is prepared we will dispatch is immediately.  If you would like to arrange a specific delivery date, please let us know. We recognize that art is a personal purchase, and therefore, we coordinate with buyers to ensure the timing suits their schedule.

Portrait Painting Service

All portrait commissions within the UK are delivered within two weeks. For orders outside the UK, we aim to deliver within four weeks.

Shipping Methods

We use a range of shipping methods to ensure your artwork arrives safely. For UK deliveries, we often use conventional Royal Mail services. For international shipments, we utilize reputable carriers such as FedEx or DHL. If you have a preference for a specific shipping method or carrier, or if you have particular requirements, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate your preferences where possible to ensure the most suitable shipping option for your needs.

Our delivery times typically range from one month for UK orders to one to two months for international orders, depending on factors such as destination, customs clearance, and artwork type. However, we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible to minimize waiting times. We appreciate your understanding that some factors may be beyond our control, such as international shipping regulations and transit times, but we always strive to ensure prompt delivery.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to carefully check all parts of the order upon receipt. This includes confirming that all details match your original purchase and that the artwork is in perfect condition. Checking your order immediately upon arrival helps prevent delays in addressing potential issues, and ensures you have received exactly what you expected.

Handling Rare Instances of Damage During Transit

While we take great care to ensure that every artwork is packaged and handled securely, rare occurrences of damage during shipping can happen. Should your artwork arrive in a damaged state, we are here to assist you promptly. In such cases, we will gladly arrange a return for you. Our priority is to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive your artwork in the condition you expect.
